We are able to consult patients within their home, aged care facility, Hydrotherapy centre or Gym and aim to ensure patients remain safe, independent and healthy. Our support can be delivered under various models of care and supporting aged care packages and are aimed to provide flexibility in its delivery of care to patients depending on their condition, situation and support programme.
